Preschool: Registration & Security

We follow specific guidelines at West Mobile to promote an environment where children are safe and secure.

Security ID Sticker

When you arrive on Sundays, stop at the information desk at either entry and fill out a security ID sticker with number. You will need this ID sticker when picking up your child. Children are only released to an adult with the matching ID number. Please indicate your usual location at the church during the time your child is in our care.

Allergies, Special Needs & Belongings

When you sign in your child, please be sure to note any allergies or special needs. Additionally, please label all belongings so they may be returned to you. 

Dropping Off Your Child

You may drop off your child in his or her classroom 5 minutes before the beginning of a scheduled class or activity. Please be sure that the adult in the room is the teacher and not another preschool parent before you leave. You (preschool parents or guardians) will need to remain on the church property any time your preschool child is in our care, unless other arrangements have been made. Older children can be left without a parent on site. 

Discreet Messaging

Two small screens are located at the front of the worship center. If you are needed, your security ID number will light up on the screen. Please go to your child’s room immediately should this occur.

Picking Up Your Child

Please pick up your child promptly after the church activity ends.
