What To Expect

On Sunday mornings at 9:45, our entire church meets in what we call “Grow Groups.” For children, they are grouped according to the grade they are in at school or with children of their same age if they are homeschooled. Go to the info desk and a greeter can walk with you to the second floor Kid’s Hallway or direct you to the appropriate room. Our teachers are trained, prepared with age-specific Bible curriculum, and background screened. They would love to meet you and your child.

WeMo Kid’s Worship meets every Sunday at 11:00 upstairs. It happens during our church’s regular worship service. Parents can drop off their Kids upstairs on the Kid’s Hallway and pick them up when their worship service is over. Kids are welcome to worship with their parents if they prefer.

AWANA is our special program to train our children in what the Bible teaches. It runs from age three up through sixth grade and meets on Wednesday evenings upstairs 6:20 until 8:00. Children have simple uniforms and books, play games, and can win awards for learning scripture.

We have Special Events throughout the year for children. We have AWANA Olympics, Easter Egg Hunt, Vacation Bible School, Summer Camp, AWANA Grand Prix, Operation Christmas Child Packing Party, and our Christmas Party. There is always something fun to look forward to when you are a WeMo Kid.
